Born in Montreal, Canada in the 1980's, he moved to Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean for a few years where he graduated in Police Technology at the Collège d'Alma from in 2004.

It was also during these years spent in northern Québec that he accepted Jesus as his savior and that his christian walk began. As a christian, he became involved in his local church thereafter in various ministries until his departure for the Police Academy in 2005.

In 2005 he obtained his diploma from the École Nationale de Police du Québec and joined the Service de Police de la Ville de Sherbrooke in 2006. It was also in 2006 that he joined his life to the love of his youth Emilie Fortier. Then in 2007 he joined the Service de Police de l'Agglomération de Longueuil where he still serves today as a patroller - FTO.

At a conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2014, he met with the President of the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers of Canada (FCPO - AAPC Canada) where, after discussion, he decided to set up the first chapter of the FCPO - AAPC Canada in the Montréal's area, Canada.

To this day he continues to serve Jesus with passion by becoming involved in several spheres of his local church and continuing to lead the chapter of the FCPO - AAPC Canada in the Greater Montréal's area on a monthly basis.

Founder of the chapter, Eric is the Director of the "Multimedia / Identity" department within the ministry.
